Tuition: $450 (Includes Registration Fee, Real Estate Fundamental Class and Real Estate Practice Class, Course Text Book, PA State Review Text Book)

The Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), first passed in 1974, is a consumer disclosure and anti-kickback statute designed to inform consumers of their settlement costs and to prohibit kickbacks.
